SHIPPING POLICY

Four2nine is based in Texas USA, launched in New York, USA. We offer the fastest shipping to our customers within the United States. (We currently DO NOT offer international shipping). That means there is no need to worry about long shipping times. All orders ship weekdays within two business days.

Text or call 346 481 2139 weekdays and weekends from 10am- 7pm. We will not respond to texts or calls after hours.
 
Holiday Orders.
Holiday orders will not be shipped as fast as usual due to high volume of orders. Please allow 4 business days before orders ships out.
If you have questions about your shipment, our staff will be happy to assist you at any time.
United States Postal Service “USPS” is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States. All orders will be shipped via Priority mail or first class.
All orders require processing time of up to 24 hours. this does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed, it will be shipped. An email confirming the same will be sent to the address provided.
Overnight shipping is also available for US customers.
Once the package has left our office and has been received by the post office a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you.
If your package is returned to us the customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package reshipped.
If your tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered and or signed for, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store and open a claim.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.
We offer free shipping promotional offers (when applicable). This applies only to US customers residing within 48 contiguous States.
