RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers may exchange items if they do not fit. The customers will ship the item back to our office. Once the item is received and in the same exact condition as it was when purchased. We will be happy to exchange the item IF the size requested is available in stock. Customer will pay the extra shipping fee before we reship.
Final sale items cannot be exchanged, or money refunded.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are processed.
Color may slightly vary due to resolution.
Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be claimed within two days of receiving merchandise. A store credit will be issued.
If you are not sure about a particular item, please send us a text with the image, we will help you to the best of our ability. It will however be your responsibility to make the right decision for yourself.
All pre order items will ship a soon as they are received at our office.
